Megha Kohli is the Chef Partner at Mezze Mambo, a Mediterranean restaurant in New Delhi. She also runs a boutique hospitality consultancy, helping restaurateurs turn their visions into reality. With 18 years of experience in the food industry, her career highlights include heading operations at establishments such as The Olive Beach and Lavaash by Saby. Megha actively promotes sustainable cooking practices on global platforms. She was selected for the prestigious Cochran Fellowship Program by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, represented India at the EAT Forum in Stockholm and cooked at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. She was honoured as the ‘Times Chef of the Year’ in 2020.

Anshika Varma is a food and documentary photographer with over 20 years of experience across commercial and editorial platforms. Her work engages with visual storytelling in the culinary and hospitality industries as a photographer, stylist and creative director. Her images present food as a culmination of celebration and capture the layered relationships people share with it. Her work has appeared in award-winning books, magazines, digital campaigns and video series. In addition to her commercial practice, she is also an artist, curator and publisher. She is the founder of Offset Projects, an initiative that supports contemporary photography and the evolving language of the photobook through exhibitions, mentorships and collaborative publishing. She is based in Delhi, India.
