French globetrotter Marin Montagut studied art in Paris and at Saint Martin’s School in London. He has worked on different productions as a set designer, decorator, and mixed media artist before turning exclusively to writing and directing documentary films on subjects ranging from Ines de la Fressange to artists in Paris. Marin has a joyful and easygoing approach that corresponds to his sunny and poetic imagination. In 2010, he set up his own company: Marin Montagut Production.
