Frank Herbert (1920–1986) was an American sciencefiction writer best known for his novel Dune and its five sequels. Brian Herbert is the oldest son of sciencefiction author Frank Herbert. Brian is known for his collaborations with author Kevin J. Anderson, with whom he has written multiple Dune prequels. He lives in Seattle, Washington. Kevin J. Anderson is an American sciencefiction author of over 50 bestsellers. He has written spinoff novels for Star Wars and The XFiles. He lives in Monument, Colorado. Bill Sienkiewicz is an Eisner winning, Emmynominated artist best known for revamping the style of comics and graphic novel illustration, most notably for Marvel Comics and DC Comics. He lives in Los Angeles, California. Raul Allen and Patricia Martin are celebrated comic artists who are making their fulllength graphicnovel debut by illustrating all three volumes of the Dune series for Abrams ComicArts. They live in Valladolid, Spain.
