Pascale Naessens is Belgium's bestselling cookbook author. She has written six bestselling six books, which have sold more than 1.5 million copies combined. A former model, she has traveled frequently in Asia, which led her to explore the Far Eastern vision of health. As a result, she trained as a shiatsu therapist, as a healthy lifestyle consultant, and took up Tai Chi. Passionate about food, she followed traditional restaurateur training in 2003, studying with chefs from around the world.
